  1. In my opinion, doing sport is healthy, because it’s a fun way to keep fit. I think that sport is good, but in a safe way. Before practice any sport, we must be sure that we use safe material, with which we can't hurt ourselves.
    In my opinion, practice sport is a good alternative to improve our health while we have fun, but sometimes that fun can be dangerous, so, wear the appropriate clothes and make sure that is safe.
    Some people seem to see that the american football is like a collision sport, almost just to hurt the opponent. Some people think that is more important to hurt the opponent than to win, and this is not right. I think that if you are a sportsman, you have to play fair, and make sure to not hurt anybody, and the most important thing, do not hurt yourself.
    I think that if you're going to practice a sport, you have to be sure about the risk of doing it, but it would be very good if the sports wouldn't be dangerous.

  2. Sport in general is healthy as it helps you to prevent cardiovascular disease like obesity or high blood pressure and also it makes you meet new people.

    The bad thing is that there are some athletes who are very competitive and sometimes they are out of control and argue with the opponents or even they attack them. Sports like american football that are very competitive, requires much contact and can lead you to receiving strong blows that cause breaks of bones or cerebral injuries. So, to avoid these problems we must use good protections and play fair.

    Sport is healthy as long as we respect the opponent and we practise it in a safe way.

  3. I've always thought that american football is a dangerous sport, as it is like rugby, players bang their head, and that is not good for health. In the future they may have to risk for Alzheimer's, concussions, brain damage ... This sport requires great discipline, physical training and mental preparation.
    I think that sport is good for health, but not risk his life in a sport. go to a gym, running, is good, and you stay in shape.
    Playing sports increase your years of life and even your mood is more positive.

  4. In my opinion, sport is a way to being healthy and fit. All sports are good in general, to a certain extent.

    If you practice sport in a routine manner is healthy, because it can prevent weight problems like obesity and also prevent cardiovascular problems.

    But there are different types of sport, I think if you play sports should be to improve yourself, I do not like to competitive sports, because they are not healthy, they just want to win the opponent, regardless of your status, your fatigue and sometimes these athletes take drugs to increase their stamina.

    In general, the sport is healthy if you want to improve yourself, because in this way you'll be healthier.

  5. Generally, sport is very healthy. Sport helps you to improve your physique and it's very fun too.

    However , competitive sports can cause injuries in you . Athletes are ambitious and agresive because they want to win.

    In my opinion , sport is very good if you enjoy it and keep fit. And in competitive sports , if the athletes are not agressive , we can enjoy more of the competition and wouldn't exist so many injuries.

  6. I like sports, they helps to feel good about yourself , they helps to stay in shape , and prevent diseases.
    But some sports, especially called contact sports can hurt and cause serious problems. These sports are aggressives and often lack security, which is essential before practicing any sport.

    Personally I don't like the american footbal, it is a dangerous sport and many players are going to hurt to others for win. It sometimes isn't an honest sport.
    The first in the sport is respect to the opponent.

    The main before playing a contact sport is use protection and know that you have to play without cheating.

  7. I think that doing sport is healthy because you relate to people, you are fit and you prevent diseases related to heart like heart attack. Sport is a wat to be free too.

    On the other hand, the bad part of doing sport are the lesions. American football players play using all their body, they hit with players of the other team and allthought they wear helmet, they receive many blows in their head.

    This blows cause deseases in a long time and in some cases, it cause the dead like the girl of this news who died before a match. Many doctors re studying a way to stop this dead, they are putting systems in the helmet of the players for look the strength of the blows.

  8. I think that the sport is good for your healthy. When you practise some sport, you can meet a lot of people, you can do new friend. You will live more and you'll feel free and better.
    I don't like the risk's sport because is dangerous for your life. You could die. One example is Formula 1.
