I think that all countries in the world would have to do the same as Oslo; also I believe that not pollute is a common good for everyone. Each countries has to try not pollute to prevent disease in the population. Recycling is a way to preserve our nature and wildlife. It is important to recycle waste as Oslo which is used to generate energy through burning of trash.
That bbc's news talks about the recycling plant which takes places in Gaza. It has been built to improve gaza's population health because they had to take out the rubbish in the middle of the street and maybe it could be good in only a day but when the times goes by for example a month it will start to go off.
