I chose this story because I think it is of great international interest, as the team managed to Barcelona to reach the quarter-finals of the European Cup Arsenal won the English. Arsenal coach Wenger accused the referee of the match putting their team loses and the player Van Persie accused the referee of having killed the game, personally I think the English team lost the game for not running but the referee did not succeed .
-It´s very important to know what happen in other world regions. -It´s is interesting also because Japan is one of the major global powers. -This type of catastrophes happen more and more and with more force too. -Knowing the misfortunes that happen to others we have the opportunity to help them. -finally,it is imoportant to know that we would be the next and we must aware with the present.
I have chosen this news because I think that they are doing a very nice work. In this city it has increased very much the unemployment and there are many families that have remained without anything and don't have anything to eat. What they have done to help these persons is to create an organization of charity that sends packages with food for these persons. The organization depends on the donations of the volunteers.
The Libyan revolution is underway, inspired by uprisings throughout the region that demonstrate the power embodied in a people who have decided not longer tolerate the injustice and repression. At first, the shock paralyzed Europe and America: "We did not see coming. "
Some time that the outside world is disconnected from the ideas, feelings and aspirations of current Arab society, and especially its youth and now more than ever the people of Liba needs our support to help them get their democracy and liberal authoritarian regimes , I think it is time for governments to start taking steps to for remove Gaddafi from power and destroy his empire formed by the death of his people
I have chosen the news of the tsunami from Japan for several reasons:
The first reason is because it wasthe worst earthquake in one hundred forty years in Japan, with a magnitude of 8,9 on the scale Richter.
It is the fifth most powerful earthquake has shaken the world in the last century.
On the other hand, there have been large numbers of people killed because the water took everything, for example houses, cars, farms, etc.
Despite this terrible news, others countries are helping to Japan and this is wonderful.
I am surprised that Japan, one of the countries most prepared for earthquake in the world has been so shattered though this is understandable because the tsunami reached ten meters.
It's here the Formula 1 World Championship 2011. If last year was a tournament full of controversial off-piste and great surprises in the races, this year promises to be much more exciting still. This season will run two Spanish drivers, Fernando Alonso and Jaime Alguersuari, while Pedro Martinez de la Rosa will be the test driver for McLaren team which has been several years. Alonso part with many opportunities to take the title of champion, but as he says, "the priority is to go step by step, race by race. " Vettel, Hamilton and Webber, among others, will be the rivals the Spanish driver this season that start next March 27 because the first race scheduled for 13th in Bahrain was suspended. New rules, new cars and very good drivers will make us vibrate with excitement.
The news that I have chosen is this: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/mar/15/japan-battles-contain-nuclear-crisis The story talks about a nuclear explosion produced in Japan, this explosion may be the worst of it may have damaged the core containment vessel. After the explosion there was a fire in the reactor 4, but was soon extinguished the fire officials feared that the fuel pool boiling and expose the fuel rods into the atmosphere. The death toll is 10.000.
